The first edition published in English vividly describes the events of the civil rights movement of the Tamils in 1961 against the language policy of the government and the atrocities committed by the Sri Lankan army against the Satyagrahis and the Tamil population. In 2007, he published Mannil Nalla Vannam Vazalam, poetic prose in Tamil.
