Cancellation Of Orders
(12.1 T & C) Ceylon Boutique may cancel orders due to reasons like fraud, misuse of promotions, or errors in pricing and stock. If we cancel your order, we will refund the purchase price but accept no liability for any damages or costs incurred.
(12.2 T & C) To cancel an order, email us promptly.
- Before dispatch: Refund minus a 10% fee.
- After dispatch: Return the item via tracked service; refund minus postage and a 10% fee upon receipt.
Refunds
- Faulty or damaged products: Replacement or refund within 30 days.
- Return with original packaging via tracked service, stating the reason for return. Postage costs will be refunded for faulty or damaged products.
- Returns are not accepted for order mistakes.
- International refunds are handled case by case at the discretion of Ceylon Boutique.
