Collection Of Drawings And Paintings By L K Karunaratne. The Paintings and Drawings featured in this publication are a collection of Mr. L.K. Karunaratne who spent his whole life in understanding, appreciating and preserving the heritage of Sri Lanka. He was an art lover interested in appreciating and preserving art and architecture not as a job but as a responsibility, who as a young art enthusiast, studied water colour painting and exercised his art skill in copying and drawing, especially the painted heritage of the country mainly for his personal satisfaction and not for exhibition. This collection consists of more than two hundred drawings and paintings.
